During an intensive 90-minute 1-on-1 session, language coach Sofie helps you prepare quickly and effectively for a specific professional situation.

What to expect?

You decide what we focus on.

Before the session, you send over the material or situation you’d like to prepare for: a presentation, speech, meeting, pitch, client conversation, or any other professional interaction. Based on that, the session is prepared specifically around your needs.

During the 90 minutes, we focus on your communication challenge. Together, we work on: :

expressing your message clearly and professionally
practising key phrases and industry-specific vocabulary
preparing for difficult questions or reactions
improving pronunciation and intonation
building confidence for the actual conversation or presentation

This is not a general language class. It’s an intensive, targeted preparation for a business moment that truly matters.

To fit around your schedule, sessions are offered at times when you’re less likely to be in meetings.

€195 excl. VAT

VERY last-minute languages coaching (>24h notice)

€245 excl. VAT

Cancellation and rescheduling

Sessions are invoiced in advance. Once the invoice has been sent, cancellations are no longer possible, but rescheduling is.

You can reschedule your session free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. In the event of a late rescheduling or no-show, the session will be forfeited.

Sessions must be scheduled within one month of the invoice date.

If an emergency or unexpected situation genuinely forces you to reschedule at the last minute, please let us know as soon as possible.
We’ll always try to think along with you and find a solution where possible.
